Keto Life and weight lost
I have been keto for some time. Started by just watching my carb in take and increasing my protein intake. Then found out it was hard to stay in the ketosis state. Researching I found there was a easy way to stay in Ketosis. It started drinking coffee with a keto cream product. Not a fan of Powder creamers however, this one was really good. Then I started drinking a keto drink at midday, To help me stay in the Ketosis state. Decided to a eliminate sugars and flour ( gluten products).
Started taking MCT oil. I have really notice a change, Memory is better as well as I have more energy.
I am now losing pounds again and sleeping much better at night. Will stay on this life changing path because I really do feel better.
