It has been a while. life has been up and down... i am still loosing and gaining weight..
Been walking more and moving all the time
Have changed the way I eat. More aware of the Sugar and Salt intake. making my own bread and bake good. Eating less out, While trying to support my Families likes. Yeah it is hard sometimes but It Can Be Done. Just talking to them and explaining how certain activities case you to back track or how it makes my body feel. That really helps and I also do not feel guilty to just wag out and stay Home.
